Important Notes Official Receipt Official receipts will be available to participants on site at the Registration Desk. Early issue of receipt prior to the Convocation will be entertained upon request. Letter of Invitation The Convocation Secretariat will issue a Letter of Invitation to participants upon request to facilitate their leave application, for travel and visa arrangements. Liability and Insurance The Convocation Organiser will not be responsible for any loss of monies due to unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that participants take out comprehensive travel, medical and personal insurance prior to the commencement of travel.
