  • ALL SOCIAL FUNCTIONS WILL BE ARRANGED BY LICENSED TRAVEL AGENTS.

    (For Golf Tournament, Victoria Harbour Cruise Fellowship Night, Lantau Island Day Tour, The Peak & Stanley Market Day Tour, Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Ticket and Ocean Park 1-Day Ticket)
    1. The functions (except Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Ticket and Ocean Park 1-Day Ticket) would only be organised based on a group of 30 or more participants. Convocation Secretariat will inform participants individually to arrange full refund of reservation fee if any functions could not be organised due to insufficient participants.

    2. Reservation should be made on Section E of both online and paper registration form on or before 1 April 2008. Full payment of each reserved function would be charged once the reservation has been confirmed. Cancellation of reservation (or change of ticket dates for Hong Kong Disneyland 1-Day Ticket and Ocean Park 1-Day Ticket) must be received in writing by the Convocation Secretariat on/before 15th April 2008. Reservation fee will be fully refunded for cancellation with a deduction of 50% administrative charge. No refund will apply after this date. However, replacement delegates will be accepted.

    3. Any item or service not specifically listed in the itinerary would not be included in the tour.

    4. Tour itinerary is subjected to traffic condition and arrangement of tour providers.

    5. All functions will be cancelled if typhoon signal no.8 or Rainstorm 'Red' or 'Black' is hoisted. No refund of reservation fee will apply, however, suspended tour date will be scheduled.

    6. The Convocation Secretariat reserves all the changes in arrangement of the social functions.
